Practice Locations

I practise from the Physio Therapy Centre in central Haywards Heath, also at the Float Spa in Hove.

The Physio Therapy Centre, 11 Heath Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 3AX
By car:
The Physio Therapy Centre is located in the centre of Haywards Heath connecting two key routes, the B2028 which leads down to the station and towards Balcombe and the B2112 which leads out to Lindfield and Ardingly.
Car parking:
The Physio Therapy Centre is set in its own grounds so you can park there.
Rail and bus:
Heath Road is close to the centre, so from the Railway Station walk up the hill towards the centre, past Waitrose and the Central Insurance Offices. As you approach the parades of shops look for Prezzo on the left and Heath Road leads off just before it.

The Float Spa, 8 Third Ave, Hove, BN3 2PX 01273 933680
The Float Spa is easy to find as it's just adjacent to the Langfords Hotel in Third Avenue.

By Bus
Third avenue is close to Hove Town Hall and opens onto to New Church Road, which hosts a number of bus routes ( 1, 1a, 2, 5, 5a, 5b, 6,21,23, 25, 25x, 46,49, 60, 700) so readily accessible.

By Car
Car access is good, but parking is on the street and metered.  The Town Hall multistorey car park is a short walk away and may also be a convenient option.

By Rail
The nearest railway station is Hove and is a 10 minute walk or a short taxi ride away from the Float Spa building.

My Story
I am a fully qualified, insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC); also an accredited member of Anxiety UK .  I now practise Indian Head Massage in addition to acupuncture and I am fully committed to enhancing my skills and experience through a variety of continual professional development activities.
My previous public sector career in health and social care gave me lengthy experience of supporting people back to work from illness, injury and emotional distress. It led me to undertake a three-year, full-time degree course at the well-respected International College of Oriental Medicine in East Grinstead, where I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture.  Since then I have completed postgraduate training in facial holistic acupuncture and gained a Certificate in Indian Head Massage from Brighton Holistics - a double-award winning local therapy training centre based in Brighton, East Sussex.

Complementary Therapy and Cancer
I work with adults and teenagers on a 1-2-1 basis and treat them holistically for a wide range of health and wellbeing issues. I have a special interest in supporting men and women affected by cancer and for the last two years I've been working as a voluntary complementary therapist practising acupuncture at the MacMillan Horizon Cancer Support Centre in Brighton, which I enjoy enormously.
